Following news of the AMA Data Breach last week the SU has been working to address the issues the case raises. It is important that students are able to secure redress for the breach and that the University takes steps to assure students that there are not additional risks of similar breaches across the University.
The results of the Government’s “Teaching Excellence Framework” have been revealed and the University has been awarded a “Silver” status.
From saving the night bus service to the introduction of mobile tickets, uea|su have continued to work with First Bus over the years to provide fair deals for UEA students and staff. Last year, our students secured a price freeze on term-time and annual passes, however First have recently announced an increase in prices for 2017/18 and we believe it’s time to take action to stop this.
