The first people you will probably see will be our friendly Student Staff and Advice Volunteers
Advice Volunteers can provide initial information and help you prepare for an appointment with an Advice Worker if you need one.
Student Staff help us run the advice service smoothly. They book appointments and maintain our records. They will ask you to complete a form with your contact details and consent for us to keep a confidential record of your case.
