Feeling suicidal or seeing someone in crisis is frightening - but there is support out there - you are not alone.
If someone is feeling suicidal or in crisis, they should be seen by front line NHS as soon as possible either - GP surgery and ask for an emergency appointment, call 999 or go to A&E.
