support in a crisis

Feeling suicidal or seeing someone in crisis is frightening - but there is support out there - you are not alone.

If someone is feeling suicidal or in crisis, they should be seen by front line NHS as soon as possible either - GP surgery and ask for an emergency appointment, call 999 or go to A&E.

The University Medical Service: 01603 251600 (when the medical service is closed calls will automatically be transferred to the NHS out-of-hours service: 111).

The nearest A&E is Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital
