We at uea|su HomeRun know that student accommodation in Norwich is getting more and more sought after and that students studying in the city are looking at a host of different options.
We’re very pleased to be working alongside a unique offer in Heathfield, a student community of 43 rooms just over 10 minutes walk from Norwich train station and the 25 and 26 bus route to the UEA Campus and 20 minutes walk to Norwich University of the Arts.
With a range of room sizes, accessible rooms for wheelchair users, lots of secure bicycle storage and some onsite parking for those with a car Heathfield is a great option for a range of students.
Completely renovated this summer and set out in flats which range in size from 6-8 person with two shower rooms, two toilets, purpose built kitchens and large social spaces both inside and out the development is open to returning students and new students in groups or as individuals.
Prices for rooms range from £88 per week for a standard room to £92 for a larger room which includes bills (water, electricity, wifi) with an option £12/month for parking.
At this point in time a show flat is near completion for viewing and we wanted to see who might be interested in learning more about Heathfield. If you’d be keen to receive more information and view the properties, please do complete the short form below.
