We’re now five weeks into the semester and it’s getting busy. During this time it is easy to feel overwhelmed, stressed, and worried about your workload, especially if you have deadlines coming up, and it can be hard to manage your time. It is with this in mind that I have created for you my ten top tips for looking after your wellbeing this semester. I know that finding the time to look after yourself can feel like an impossible challenge, but all of the activities below can be achieved by taking just 10, 15 or 30 minutes out of your day to look after yourself.
1. A good night’s sleep will do you the world of good so try and get into a routine that enables you to get enough sleep. Taking a nap can also be a great way to relax. If you’re on campus why not check out the Nap Nook upstairs in Union House to get some rest.
