marks out of tenancy

Have you ever wanted to have your say about your landlord? Your rented property? Or the neighborhood you’re living in? Then Marks out of Tenancy is for you!

For those of you that don’t know, Marks Out of Tenancy is a website that is supported Nationally by local councils, landlord associations and Students’ Unions across the country. It’s a website that gives all students the chance to make their voice heard by rating their landlord/landlady, their letting agent, their rental property and neighborhood. By getting involved not only could you have your say, but your feedback could really help other students looking to find a new student house while at uni.

Here at uea(su) we believe that the more information you have, the better decisions you will be able to make, especially when it comes to something as important as choosing where to live while you’re at university. The website doesn’t just allow you to leave your reviews, it also allows you to research the rental market through genuine, first hand experiences from the UK’s 12,000,000 renters. The website also contains legal guides for tenants and landlords, open data on cities and neighborhoods, and many more features so you can get the most out of your next student house. We are encouraging all of our Homerun landlords, landladies and letting agents to use the resources and we encourage you to start reviewing!

So why not have your say and help out your fellow students in the meantime! Click here to visit Marks out of Tenancy and feel free to email me at [email protected] for any more information.
