Together, let's end the Sigma around mental health.

Stigma is an event made by students for students. The aim is to contribute towards ending the stigma that surrounds discussing mental health by hosting an event that is based on one thing only, and that’s opening a dialogue about this very important issue. Right here at LCR, Stigma will host an evening of live music, poetry and talks from people from all walks of life, from right here at UEA, on their relationships with mental health, and how we can all help each other as well as ourselves; furthermore, during the day, talks and activities based on managing the issue of mental health in everyday life will be happening all over campus, completely free of charge. This University has a lot of students, and we’ve all got our own story to tell and I think we all owe it to each other to help one another, which is why I think it is so important that people support this event; ; a huge amount of love and work has gone into this to make sure it’s a success, but to really achieve what we want to, we need the support of those of you reading this, so please get your tickets now!
