Learn to write and rap with Xidus Pain. Our workshops will give you the opportunity to learn how to construct and deliver songs to perform professionally.
We will help you to have a better understanding of verses, choruses, metaphors, double meanings and explore ways of starting songs. Are you a singer? Feel free to come to our workshop and explore new ways to collaborate with other artists. We give you the opportunity to perform and record with professional practitioners with all equipment provided.
Do you have writers block? Our lyric writing workshop will help you discover new ways to create and express your artistic poetry or rap. Lyric writing gives an opportunity for anyone to express themselves through crafting lyrics for songs and is a platform to perform your music or rap.
Students will be working with an award winning music practitioner Xidus Pain who has extensive knowledge of multi-genre music and has worked with amazing producers, artist, bands, orchestra’s and sound engineers from all over the world in different studios including the world-famous Abbey Road Studios.
This is a Do Something Different activity. Do Something Different is an extracurricular programme to enhance your time at university. From our week long festival in February to daily activities ranging from arts to sports, there is a do something different activity happening everyday!
