We have 1200 students arriving on both Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September and to help us to maintain social distancing and to keep queuing time to a minimum we are asking student arrivals to pick an arrivals slot.

Please note: UEA student email logins may not quite be updated on our system, if you are unable to book a slot using your UEA details please set up a guest account using a personal email to book your slot. This account will be merged onto your UEA login at a later date via our Students Union Team, please email [email protected] to merge and complete set up of your account.

 

Please also:  

Only bring one other person on to campus to help you move in

Please come to the key collection venue on your own (unaccompanied). Tickets have been limited to one each for this reason, your family member can wait for you in the SU building.

Remember to wear a facemask in the key collection venue and in the residences whilst you move in

Observe social distancing at all times whilst you are on campus

We understand that for some students, particularly those travelling a significant distance, committing to a time slot may not be possible but for those that can it would help us to make the process as safe and smooth as possible.
