Tuesday 22 September 2020, 2pm - 3pm

Zoom

make a flower crown from the comfort of your own home via a virtual craft workshop! We will provide all of the materials you need to make your beautiful handmade floral headdress.

We’re excited to invite you to join in a virtual flower crown workshop!

On Tuesday 22nd September, at 2:00pm, join us online as we’ll be getting creative! This crafty workshop will last around 1 hour.

Create beautiful long lasting faux flower crowns, guaranteed to brighten up your day. After all, who doesn’t love a flower crown? Your handmade floral headdresses will be a colourful accessory you can wear and wear, year on year. Be inspired by a carefully chosen mix of faux flowers in a range of tones, shapes and styles along with plenty of green foliage to add volume.

Once you purchase your ticket, pop along to the reception desk upstairs in Union House (the home of your Student's Union), show your ticket and collect your craft box which will contain all the main materials for you to take part. However, you will also need a pair of scissors to complete the make.

You will be emailed over all of the Zoom details the day before the event.

Sitting at a table with good lighting and strong wifi is ideal, and we advise viewing the activity on a large screen (laptop for example, rather than a phone screen). There will not be time to stop for a break mid-way through, so make sure you have a fresh cuppa and snacks to hand before you begin.

Please note, these tickets are non-refundable.

We're committed to making sure all events are as accessible as possible. This event contains physical activity as you will be required to walk around campus. Any attendees with individual concerns about their accessibility are advised to contact Alys Kimberley ([email protected]) for additional support.
