Calling all UEA students! Get creative with the Sainsbury Centre over lockdown…

We’ve asked three contemporary artists to design creative activities and workshops over the next month.

Try our creative prompts to help you slow down and take notice, join us for an online workshop to make your own window display, or learn how to make your own ceramic cup.

All welcome – no art skills or experience necessary!

How do I get involved?

Jump right in and download Part 1 with Hannelore Smith, a series of creative prompts for you to explore the UEA campus in your own time.

Sign up to Part 2 with James Metsoja, collect a materials pack from the Sainsbury Centre and then join the artist for an online workshop to create your own window display.

Make your own ceramic cup with artist Ali Hewson and have it fired and glazed, ready for you to collect in the New Year. Sign up and collect a materials pack from the Sainsbury Centre before watching the online tutorial.
