Welness action planning is a self-designed prevention tool used to better under yourself and your wellbeing. The workshop will help you recognise and understand particular stressors and triggers and how to support yourself, your mental health and your wellbeing when specific adversities may arise. There is an action planning workbook to complete in your own time using the information and knowledge from the session, which will allow you to better understand how to focus on supporting yourself and your wellbeing when you are feeling a bit low or poorly.
Once you sign up to the event, you will recieve the blackboard collaborate link in your reciept. You can also return back to the events page on the day of the event and the link to join the event will be there too.
