Yoga nidra is a guided meditation that will help you to de-stress, unwind and improve your sleep.

During the session you'll be guided into a state between awake and asleep where you can systematically relax all levels of your being and create space to release long-held emotions and invite in new intentions. Learn techniques that you can use to help you relax anytime and help to improve the quality of your sleep.

This practice is easy and accessible, there are no physical postures involved and it is open to beginners as well those with experience.

After just one session of yoga nidra you will feel calmer and more relaxed and when practiced regularly yoga nidra can have profound effects on your well being.
