Dharma Society Yoga and Meditation

It is increasingly important to take time for yourself and check in with your body.
UEA Dharma society will be running a session where we check in with what we are grateful for, follow our favourite Yoga with Adriene video (designed for small spaces) and relax to a guided meditation read by a committee member.
Take a break with us to appreciate your body and clear your mind.
Comfortable clothes are recommended, have water nearby and ensure you have a safe space to complete your practice. There is no requirement for interaction with the group, contributions are welcomed but this session is all about you taking time for you!
