Adapting to change can be difficult at times, whether it’s starting university, graduating and preparing for post-university life or changes in our personal lives. Any of these changes can cause stressful periods that bring up a range of emotions. This workshop aims to help you explore your feelings about change, identify the positive aspects of changes in our lives, and look at some practical things we can do to help manage change more effectively.
