The lack of motivation can affect us all from time to time but when we feel this continuously, it can cause us problems. Since the challenges brought to us by the pandemic, it can seem even harder to get our drive back. This workshop looks at what sparks our motivation and explores ways to break the cycle of behaviour to ‘get through and back to it!'
