Feeling stressed about upcoming deadlines or exams? 'Address Your Stress' is back! We have drop-in sessions in the SIZ Annexe every Tuesday throughout assessment period, 10am-3pm. If you're short on time pop in to pick up one of our 'Address Your Stress' packs, which is filled will tips and techniques to help you manage stress. If you're not on campus and would like a digital copy of our stress pack, email to request one! If you've got a little more time to spare you can stop by and have a chat with a member of the Wellbeing Training Team, help yourself to free hot drinks and biscuits, and take part in any of our stress relieving activities throughout the day. We'll be holding some short breathing & relaxation sessions at 11am, 12pm & 1pm which you can get involved in for as much or as little time as you like. Perfect for a quick de-stress and to try out some different techniques in a safe space. We'll also be going for a wellbeing walk around the lake at midday, meeting at the SIZ Annexe, if you want to take a short break to clear your head.? No need to book just drop into the Student Information Zone Annexe.
