Want to build resilience for career success?
Need hints and tips about how to be more emotionally resilient?
Interested in how you can manage relationships better with colleagues and supervisors?
If so, this interesting and insightful session will be invaluable to you. This session will introduce Emotional Intelligence and show how Emotional Intelligence influences relationships and performance within a work environment. You will work in groups to identify your own and common emotional triggers whilst undertaking a PhD and learn a range of helpful coping strategies in a safe and confidential environment.
This session is being run as part of the Courage Wellbeing Project for PGRs at UEA and will be led by Dr Laura Biggart from the School of psychology at UEA, Laura’s session is informed by her research on emotional resilience.The skills acquired at this session will contribute towards your personal and profressional development.
