Chapelfield Gardens and Outside the Forum
Dance, acrobatics, music and six World Premieres, experience the wild and wacky at Norfolk & Norwich Festival's annual Garden Party
With a selection of workshops, family activity, local food and drink, you can chill out and make a day of it with friends and family.
As this event is part of the Norfolk and Norwich Fetival, for a complete line up of the Garden Party, please see the programme, here: https://nnfestival.org.uk/whats-on/the-garden-party-2/
Entrance to this event is completely free and an official ticket is not needed to attend the event. However, here at DSD, we have applied tickets to this event so we can monitor interest from students. We want to fight loneliness at UEA and believe that socialising with students from different backgrounds and schools can help students feel supported and included at university. If you plan to attend this event, or if you want to attend this event with a group of fellow students, please book a ticket above so we can help you organise your trip to this event.
For any help or information about this event, pleasec contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
We're committed to making sure all Do Something Different events are as accessible as possible for all students.
This event has no special accessibility requirements.
Any attendees with individual concerns about their accessibility are advised to contact Union Opportunities (Union.Opportunities@uea.ac.uk) for additional support.
What is Do Something Different?
The Do Something Different Programme is about trying a new activity and sparking your interests. We aim to encourage greater student interaction from across schools, liberations and courses that build your knowledge and skills as individuals. Perhaps you've been looking to try a new sport, attending a live music performance, or dabbling in an academic subject that piques your interest? We collate a wide variety of different activities happening across campus - from sports and games, to trips and extracurricular lectures.
There's always something happening every single day, and most events are absolutely free! The best events will return during the Do Something Different Festival in Semester Two - a week-long celebration in which teaching is suspended for you to try a huge range of activities. Stay tuned for the full Festival programme coming soon!
If you had a great time at a DSD event, make sure you head to the website and leave your feedback and stories. Tell us about your ideas and what you want to see under Do Something Different.
Keep up to date with all of our DSD events by checking our Calendar (www.uea.su/dsd), and follow us on Twitter at @UEASU_DSD.
