New Year, New Journal - Intro to Bullet Journaling

Wednesday 22 January 2020, 2:30pm - 4pm

Bookable Room 1, upstairs in Union House

Want to get organised in 2020? Whether you're a master of list-writing or a planner newbie, bullet journaling might be for you! It's an analogue form of organisation for the digital age, join us to get your year started off right!

The Courage Project has run several very successful bullet journaling events before with the help of the award-winning Liane Ward, who has kindly agreed to come back and help us get organised for the new year! This event covers a walkthrough on setting up a bullet journal, and time to practice. Most importantly: free Courage Project notebooks will be distributed to attendees to use as they see fit to help them set goals, write lists, and plan their year!

New to the idea of bullet journalling? Check out our information page, or search Youtube, Instagram, or Pinterest for inspiration! Daunted by all of the amazing planner designs out there? Don't be! Your bullet journal can be as simple or as decorated as you like - it's about finding what works for you and keeps you organised and on-track to achieve your goals!

We will be meeting in Bookable Room 1 in Union House from 2-4pm. Questions? Contact Bryony Porter, PGR Mental Health Coordinator.
