Join us for the Art History Society's inaugural Winter Ball!

 

Our biggest event of the calender year thus far is coming up; the Art History Society Winter Ball is not to be missed! 

Join us on Friday 10th December at The Assembly House's Noverre Ballroom from 7pm to late, where we're sure to enjoy a night to remmeber.

 

Tickets are available for anyone, whether you are a member of Art History Society, a friend/relative of someone who is, UEA alumni or one of our wonderful professors. 

Everyone is welcome to come along to enjoy the night too; a ball for all! 

By purchasing entry, you also recive an entry to our raffle where there are three prizes linked up, all sustainable and Norwich local.

Which Ticket Do I Buy?

  • General: for lecturers, and non-UEA students

  • Students: tickets for UEA students that are NOT Art History Society members

  • Members: tickets for UEA Art History Society members ONLY

  • You can buy up to three tickets per person, but make sure to buy the right ticket for each person

 

Important Details

  • Address: The Assembly House, Theatre Street, Norwich, NR2 1RQ

  • Dress Code: Black tie/formal. If you are struggling with your outfit, check our Winter Ball Pinterest board for inspiration here.

  • Covid-19 Regulations: Please be aware you will need to show proof of vaccination or a negative Covid-19 test upon entry to the venue. Due to venue licensing and regulations you will be unable to enter the event if you are unable to present one of these when asked.

  • No Smoking: There is a No Smoking Policy throughout The Assembly House. Smoking is permissible both outside the front of The House in the courtyard and in the car park at the rear of The House, but not in the Noverre Garden.

  • Food & Drink: Only food and drink purchased from The Assembly House may be consumed on the premises.

 

*Any event profit will be put towards the Art History Society charity exhibition to be held in Spring 2022.

*Please contact a member of the society ASAP with any dietary requirements or allergens. Please note, the committee will not be held responsible if you do not make us aware of such requirements.

*If you have any accessibility requirements or questions please do not hesitate to contact a member of the society, and we will be more than happy to help you with your query. Wheelchair accessibility is available, and the event is on the ground floor.
