Join UEA Surf Club for a taster of one of our strength & conditioning sessions! Anyone of any ability is welcome to take part in our workout, focusing on strengthening our bodies to help with our surfing fitness. We run one session every Tuesday, from 18:00-19:00. Please aim to turn up at the correct time, so that you don't miss the warm up!
Please wear comfortable workout gear, and bring a reusable water bottle with you.
Meet the committee members running it in Congregation Hall 01.07, around 5 minutes before it begins.
