[IN PERSON] A Hatha Yoga taster session! For all abilities and experiences :)
Please be aware that due to social distancing guidelines, there are only 20 spaces available for this class.
A free taster session! This class is taught in BDS 0.08. You MUST wear a FACE COVERING to be allowed to participate in this class. A yoga mat is not essential but if you have one, bring it along; if you don't have a mat, bring a towel instead.
Hatha yoga aims to calm your mind, restore your body, and reconnect you to your breath during this fun and dynamic practice. The postures in this practice help to align, strengthen, and promote flexibility in the body. It also helps to replenish your body and introduce a positive mindset to get you prepared for deep relaxation. This class is appropriate for all levels, with intermediate advancements available to encourage growth over the course of your practices. Hatha yoga will leave you feeling more connected to yourself and the world in which we live.
