All current buddy(su) volunteers have the opportunity to lead the buddy(su) scheme and create a welcoming community for all.
buddy(su) student leaders support volunteers and new students to make the most of their university experience. Student Leaders are advocates of the buddy scheme and lead on everything buddy(su) to help new students settle in and make the most of their first year at UEA. If you want to take your volunteering a step further this could be the role for you!

We are recruiting 8 student leaders with 4 posts available for general student leader roles and 4 holding specific role holders to ensure buddy(su) continues to grow and develop in key areas of the project.
A general student leader role would suit any volunteer looking to further support new students and gain great CV building skills. Our specific student roles would suit volunteers with an interest in that area and want to develop specific skills beyond their degree.
