Tae Kwon Do is a Korean form of martial art focusing on competitive sport, fitness, discipline and self-defence. Our club encourages all aspects in a friendly environment. All skill levels are welcome. Beginners are encouraged to discover the martial art and its applicable self-defence, which are taught by a variety of local black belts with decades of experience between them.

Training Times

Tuesdays: Sports Park (Kiff & Colton) 19:45 - 22:00

Fridays: Sports Park (Dance Studio) 19:45 - 22:00

Real-Life Self Defence / Environmental Training

Come along to our exciting Tae Kwon Do "real life self defence" session! We will be training outside of the dojang in an unfamiliar environment, learning valuable techniques that can be applied to real life situations!
