Welcoming athletes of all abilities from complete novices to GB age group competitors, we’re a friendly and inclusive club with a competitive and sociable spirit. We offer daily training in all three disciplines of Triathlon, as well as strength and conditioning and injury prevention programmes.

This year UEA Tri is being supported by a number of local and national businesses, which will help us bring our members the best possible experience - featuring new kit, new equipment, more socials and more races!

Wednesday - Track 2-4pm Sportspark Athletics Track
6-8pm Turbos*/ride in summer Union House Room 6

Thursday - Circuit Training 6-7pm Congregation Hall 01.19 

Friday - Swim 2-4pm SportsPark
Turbos/ride in summer 6-8pm union house room 1

Saturday - ParkRun** 9am Eaton Park band stand

Sunday - Long Ride, details change week to week, usually meet 9:45am outside the sportspark for a 10am leave - updates/details posted on the group.

*Turbo training is indoor stationary bike training, similar to spinning, but to use a turbo trainer you will need to have and bring your own road bike (plus a towel and some water!). Us Places are limited and we have a virtual signup sheet on facebook around 24hrs before each session.
