TRIATHLON IS FOR YOU!

From beginngers to elite, we accommodate for everyone. We are proud to say our supportive community makes everyone feel part of a family, whether competing in a triathlon for the first time or cheering for you as you cross the finish line as first male or female! Our professional coaches with years of competing in triathlon and experience coaching help you reach your goals, be it podium or just fitness, by writing thorough training plans and giving technical feedback! We provide daily training, so come to as many as you like, all for £35 per year.

10 times cheaper than joining the gym – with all the fitness sessions you could ever want plus socials competitions, events and much more!

TRAINING

Monday 

  • 6:30pm Monday miles run, meet at campus 

Tuesday

  • 7am Circuits in the Sportspark Dance Studio
  • 7pm turbo session (progression) in congregation hall 

Wednesday 

  • 2pm track session at the Sportspark
  • 7pm turbo session (development)

Thursday

  • 7am circuits in the Sportspark Dance Studio
  • 7pm stretch and recvery session in congregation hall

Friday

  • 7am morning chain gang cycle
  • 2pm swim session at the Sportspark pool

Saturday 

  • 9am run meet at campus 

Sunday 

  • 6:30am swim session 
  • 9am sunday cycling session
