UEA Korfball Club (UEAKC) is one of the only mixed-sex sports at UEA and we pride ourselves on being a unique, diverse and welcoming club. For those that don’t know, Korfball is a fast-paced and dynamic ball sport, with no fixed positions when attacking and defending. The main attraction of UEAKC is that we are a friendly club open to anyone, whether you want to take part socially or play competitively; we are the club for you. We have regular training sessions and weekly games in the local Norfolk League (NKA) so everyone is guaranteed game time, with 6 teams and 100 signed up members. Our teams annually compete in the student BUCS competition and we are one of the most successful teams in student Korfball community. We also offer the chance to take part in numerous tournaments in the UK and across Europe, no matter what your ability. Currently we have one team in Division 1 of the local league (high-level ability), two teams in Division 2 (mid-level ability) and three teams in Division 3 (beginner suitable).
