Recently voted Club of the Year 2016, UEA Pool and Snooker is a very sociable but also competitive club which focuses on three cue sports: 8 ball pool, snooker and 9 ball pool. All abilities are welcome, from experienced players to those who have never picked up a cue before!
Every year the club competes in national competitions including 8 ball BUCS, 9 ball BUCS, Snooker BUCS and Southern University Championships, whilst also participating in the weekly Norwich Pub league and friendly tournaments. Away from the competitions, Pool and Snooker is also a chance to socialise and meet new people: we will be hosting monthly socials and events which will include a visit to Alexandra Palace for the World Snooker Championships, pub golf and also going on tour to Croatia! Weekly timetable: Wednesday: 8 ball pool practice (14:00-19:00, Red bar) Sunday: Rileys (16:30-21:00)
