We meet once a week to practice yoga and meditation. Our meetings are in Crome Court common room every Tuesday at 17:30-19:30.
Our sessions are suitable for those of any or no faith – all you need is an open mind!
We focus on self-reflection, relaxation and mindfulness.
Guided beginner-level yoga, with no expectation of people to push themselves further than they are comfortable with.
Even though student life can get hectic, we create a regular safe space away from uni stresses.
Self-care is just as important as academia!

We usually follow Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, but yoga and meditation practices vary. Yoga is a great form of exercise as well as something which reduces stress and increases energy levels. We teach yoga in a way which will help members practise yoga themselves at home.
