We meet once a week to practice yoga and meditation. This year, our meetings will be online every Thursday at 18.00-18.40.

Our sessions are suitable for those of any or no faith – all you need is an open mind!

We focus on self-reflection, relaxation and mindfulness.

Guided beginner-level yoga, with no expectation of people to push themselves further than they are comfortable with.

We know that student life can get hectic, so we aim to create a regular safe space away from uni stresses. Self-care is just as important as academia!

You can try out our society for free on your first session. If you would like to become a member, please follow the link on the SU website. Membership is £3 for the year. New members always welcome.

We usually follow Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, but yoga and meditation practices vary. Yoga is a great form of exercise as well as something which reduces stress and increases energy levels. We teach beginners level yoga in a way which will help members practise yoga themselves at home.
