Welcome to UEA's Phys soc - The official academic society for Physics. We welcome all students with any kind of interest in Physics!

As a member, you can expect a variety of events including... online pub quizzes, virtual stargazing, bar crawls, movie nights and academic talks. Rest assured that throughout the year there will be plenty for you to get involved in; both academically and socially! Members will be granted full access to our societies facebook group and discord where you can find all the info you need on upcoming society events. 

On the more academic side: this newly made society will have great connections with IOP (Institute of Physics) which has an endless supply of information essential for Physics undergraduates preparing for careers in the field. (We highly recommend that all physics students get involved even if it's for this reason alone!). Our discord is also a great opportunity for Physcis students to help one another with complex and difficult topics on the course.
