Norwich is not just the home of UEA: it's also the capital of the greatest beer region in the UK. In fact, we used to boast a pub for every day of the year!
The Real Ale Society enables students to experience Norwich's finest pubs, bars, clubs and taverns, while exploring beautiful, unknown corners of the city. We pride ourselves on our broad range of socials, offering members access to huge pub crawls around the city, ale tastings, club nights, brewery tours, pub quizzes and much much more. Our socials are extremely inclusive, and we encourage our members to not just try different real ales, but quirky craft beers, wheat beers, pilsners, real ciders, and perries! Pubbing with the Real Ale Society is all about coming together, meeting new people, and exploring the hidden corners of our Fine City.
