It's that time of year again and whilst things might quieten down, there's still plenty to do!

The Union House and Unio hours over the festive break are as follows:

24/12/2021 - 03/01/2022: 10:30AM to 15:30PM
Unio:
19/12/2021 - 21/12/2021: 9:00AM to 17:00PM
22/12/2021 - 23/12/2021: CLOSED
24/12/2021 - 03/01/2022: 11:00AM to 15:00PM

Advice & guidance
advice(su) will be closed from 18th December until 4th January. However, you are still able to request an appointment for the New Year by completing one of our contact forms here - and our reception team will arrange your appointment when we reopen in the new year.
You can still access a wealth of advice and guidance on all things relating to your time at uea via our website here.
- Housing - If you need to speak to someone during our closure regarding an urgent off-campus housing issue Shelter England operates an urgent helpline 365 days a year. For more details click here.

General - If you need advice for an issue that's not UEA or housing-related, Citizens Advice remain open through the winter break and you can use their advice line 08001448848 9am-5pm Monday-Friday (except bank holidays).
- UEA/Academic issues - The UEA is closed between 24 December and 03 January. These days do not count towards time limits for procedures such as appeals and complaints. If you have a deadline for one of these processes before this closure period, contact your hub to ask for an extension.

There's a wide range of support available for students staying at university over the winter break, so please get in touch if you need to.
If you need support or are concerned about a fellow student, please get in touch via the Winter Warmth Support Hotline - 07990756292. This will take you through to someone in our Residential Life Team, or to Security if they're unavailable.
