UEA Rheum & Ortho society wants you!
We are a society which is ideal for the first year of medical study (and everyone else looking to top up their module 2 knowledge!) Rheumatology and orthopaedics occupies 50% of fresher’s year and from September we run frequent sessions which will provide a firm basis for both this module and, more importantly, your medical training at UEA. As two distinct fields with constant advances in biological and surgical therapies, Rheum & Ortho are exciting career considerations.
Continuing on the success of previous years, our revision events are well attended (~100 to the end of year sessions) and are well received, enhancing preparation for OSCEs and written exams. We are hoping to attend a conference as a society this year, an excellent learning and/or portfolio opportunity.
