Welcome to the UEA Korean Society 2021-22!

A warm welcome from the UEA Korean Society! We are a society aimed at creating opportunities for any student wishing to learn more or share interests in Korea’s rich culture, language, film, food, and of course, Kpop! 

Throughout the year, we will be hosting a variety of exciting and memorable events for our members to get involved in. These range from Korean language lessons, Kpop dance sessions, themed game nights, movie nights, karaoke nights, and other fun events and socials. We also welcome collaborations with other societies and will work diligently to co-host events with other societies to create even more opportunities for our members to meet new people.

As the new KSoc committee for 2021-22, we will strive to make our events as inclusive as possible. So whatever your nationality or level of Korean language fluency is and whatever your knowledge/interests in Kpop, Kdrama, or Korean food are, we invite you to join us throughout the year as there will be numerous opportunities to meet people with shared interests and have a blast!
