The UEA Geek Society meets weekly in Congregation Hall 01.07, discussing anything and everything from the science of Star Trek's warp drive and the ultimate power of the One Ring, to opinions on the best film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the mechanics behind regeneration.

It doesn't matter if you own the complete collection of Doctor Who on steelbook BluRay, or if you can't remember whether CP-3O is from Star Trek or Star Gate; if you're interested in something obscure, want to try out some new genres, or know about something commonplace to an unprecedented level of detail, then this is the society for you!

Still not sure if it's for you? Feel free to drop by one of our weekly meetings and see what you think!

Recently, we have run scavenger hunts and movie marathons, as well as weekly meetings on topics including Classic Comedy, Daredevil, The Good Place, Wallace & Gromit, Grimm, Douglas Adams, Doctor Who, Star Trek, Stranger Things, and Downtime, as well as our highly praised Christmas and Easter Specials.

Sign in with your UEA account at the top of the page and add GeekSoc membership to your basket to become a member of the Geek Society...
