We provide a wide range of support from issues relating to your academic studies, university discipline and engagement issues to housing and benefits advice.

Mental Wellbeing - whilst we are unable to provide therapeutic services we will help you to seek the right service for you and be a source of support and guidance when your mental wellbeing is impacting on your studies and day to day life at UEA.

We provide advice through a range of appointments including voice & video calls, email and face to face (where social distancing guidance allows). We can also support you as a companion or representative at university meetings.
