This is a new service introduced by the shop to help those who are unable to visit in person or wish for a quick shopping experience. We want to help our members, most vulnerable, in isolation or our brilliant essential workers.
Here are our bundles:
The Essentials Bundle - £10: To fill up those empty cupboards with the classic essentials. Milk, eggs, bread, oil and a variety of tinned goods. We will include beans when we have them in stock as well as rice and pasta.
Toiletries Bundle - £10: In this bundle we will include shower gel, deodorant and toothpaste. If you require shampoo and conditioner or sanitary products, please let us know and we can include these for you as well. As you probably know, toilet roll and hand soap are always in demand however if we have them in stock, we will include them in here for you! Likewise, if you don’t require these in your bundle for any reason, please let us know and we will be able to give them to someone else that needs them.
Fruit and Veg Bundle £10 - We have fresh fruit and vegetables delivered to us regularly from a local supplier and in each bundle we will include; onions, peppers, garlic, bananas and apples. We will then add in a variety of other vegetables and fruits for you as a little surprise – you might even get a watermelon! If there is something specific you would like, please email us and we can see if we can include it for you.
Goodie Bag £5 - To brighten up those nights in we have created a sweet treat goodie bag. For those treat yourself moments or for the movie night in we have the goodie bundle for you. A range of crisps, chocolate bars, sweets and pop.
Healthy Goodie Bag £10 – Not got the sweet tooth and want the healthy snacks? We have a range of protein bars, dried fruit, nuts and other healthier treats to satisfy your craving.
Keeping it Chilled Bundle - £10: A selection of freezer and fridge items for quick easy teas. From pizzas to ready meals as well as frozen peas we have a range of options to fill your fridge and freezer. If there are certain pizza toppings, or any dietary requirements please email us.
How does it all work?
Students:
All you need to do is log on to the SU website using your university username and password and purchase the bundles you would like.
We will then pack your bundles in readiness for when you have said you will collect them.
Payment will be taken on the website.
Please bring along a bag with you if you’d like to reduce the need for us to use any extra bags.
Please then head to counter in the shop and state you have a click and collect showing the email receipt and we will go and get it for you.
Members of the public and account holders on UEA Ticket Bookings.com:
For those who have purchased a ticket through UEA Ticket Bookings, you are lucky our websites are linked so just click on the top right hand side of the screen and log in using your guest account. This will give you access to the put the bundles in your basket.
We will then pack your bundles in readiness for when you have said you will collect them.
Payment will be taken on the website.

Members of the public needing a new account:
For those without an account on the website please click on the top right of the page lock icon named log in.
Here you will see a box on the right names Guest/Staff Log in and underneath a log in button, click register new account.
Once registered you will be sent a validation email, be sure to check your junk mail.
Once registration is complete head to the shop page logged in and you will be able to register yoru card details through the shop process.
Place your order and all the bundles.
We will then pack your bundles in readiness for when you have said you will collect them.
Payment will be taken on the website.

Where do I collect from - i dont know where the shop is?
The shop is located on the main UEA campus. A google map can be found on the bottom of this page..
If you are used to attending gigs in the LCR the shop can be located at the bottom of the stairs to the left of the LCR entrance and a short 50yard walk straight ahead.
For this wishing to use google maps:
By Car- if you use the Nick Rayne's LCr as a search this will take you to the LCR turnaround where you can stop to walk and collect your shopping.
By foot - if type in ShopSU it will take you all the way to the door. a map is found on the bottom of the page.
Things to be aware of:
- Like many others we are working hard to deliver orders and service like everyone else, we will endeavour to fulfil every order, but on occasion due to stocking or supply we may need to substitute or let you know when a product isn’t available.
- Can i buy more than the bundles, YES, the idea of the bundle is to secure your items in adavance and then of course you are free to roam the shop in a responsible way and buy more like any other shop.
- Bring your own bag if you can - we will help in terms of supply but to reduce our impact on the environment please do bring some bags with you.
- We will only hold your order for a maximum of 48 hours unless you notify us otherwise via [email protected]
- The shop opening hours are 9-5pm on a weekday and 10-3pm on a weekend.
- We ask that whilst using the shop you maintain government guidance in terms of social distancing and not coming to the shop if you have been in contact with someone with covid-19 or are displaying symptoms.
- Our shop staff are working incredibly hard as keep workers to keep the shop stocked and your fridges full, we ask you all to be kind and thankful during this period.
