Bullet Journaling is an analogue system that has taken off in the digital age.
It is both a mindfulness tool and a productivity tool. It is a diary/to do list/sketchpad and notebook rolled into one. In this one hour wellbeing session, we will cover what it is, how to set one up and how the ‘system’ of Bullet Journaling works. Thereafter there will be a creative session where pens and washi tape will be available for a ‘have a go’ session.
Bullet Journals will be provided on the day, or you can buy one beforehand or in your own time after you have heard about how it works. Any questions about the session specifically please email firstname.lastname@example.org
