Ballroom and Latin Dance

We are the official sports club for Ballroom and Latin American dancing at UEA. We offer professional tuition and also social dancing, in addition to representing UEA at university league competitions across the country! We learn over 14 dances so if you've ever seen Strictly Come Dancing or Dancing with the Stars, those are the dances we learn. The Ballroom dances include a Slow Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Slow Foxtrot and Quickstep. The Latin entails Cha cha cha, Samba, Paso Doble, Rumba and Jive. We also host a variety of socials to get to know everyone better and have a bit of fun!

Weekly sessions/lessons in the Thomas Paine Foyer and Blackdale School (Subject to Change):

• Beginners Class: Sunday 3pm - 5pm in Blackdale School
• Silver/Novice Class: Thursday 7:00pm - 8:15pm in the Thomas Paine Foyer
• Gold/Advanced Class: Thursday 8:15pm - 9:30pm in the Thomas Paine Foyer
• Free Practice: Sunday 2:00pm - 3:00pm and 5:00 - 6:00pm;  Blackdale School /// 6:00pm - 9:00pm; SportsPark Dance Studio
