Heathfield

We at uea(su) know that student accommodation in Norwich is getting more and more sought after and that students studying in the city are looking at a host of different options.

We’re very pleased to feature a unique offer very near the city centre, Heathfield Student Community Home. It’s situated just over 10 minutes walk from Norwich train station and the 25 and 26 bus route to the UEA Campus, and 20 minutes walk to Norwich University of the Arts.

Heathfield is fully described on its website, www.heathfieldnorwich.co.uk. The accommodation is open both to returning students and to new students.

Completely refurbished in 2017, its 44 rooms, each with its own washbasin, set out in flats for 6-8 persons. One flat is reserved for women only. Each flat has two shower rooms, two toilets and a purpose-built kitchen. The shared communal faciltiies include: the Library, a shared study room, which opens onto a private garden; the Heathfield centre, which offers space for meeting, parties, and other events and has two pianos, a table tennis table and a home cinema; the Studio, where you can do messy work in the Studio without harming your deposit; and private grounds of 1.4 acres.  There are large social spaces both inside and out.

Standard rooms cost £396 per month. A small number of larger rooms are available at £410 per month (first come, first served). The rent includes bills (water, electricity, high-quality wifi), and residents can buy tokens for the laundry facilities. There is ample free secure cycle storage, and a car space costs £12/month.
