Get involved in your Halls of Residence
This year we’re looking for people to get involved with on campus life. You might be interested in promoting Health and Wellbeing to first years; getting involved with social events and SU entertainments; or being someone who can raise issues and get concerns about halls fixed quickly.

Either way being involved in a Halls Committee is a great opportunity to get involved in UEA life. Respond by Sunday 16th October.

Get involved in leading the SU’s services
At the SU we want our members- students at UEA- to drive our decisions. This year in the SU’s “Social Enterprises” we are again running "Development and Oversight" Boards, one for our retail and catering (Unio Coffee, and the Shop) and one for Licensed Trade and Live Music (LCR, BarSU and Waterfront & Scholars).

You don't need experience but you do need a passion for our services and be willing to give up a bit of time for meetings. You'll provide crucial student input into the running of the SU outlets and you'll oversee the business plan and strategy for them.

To be considered you just need to complete the form at this link below by 5.00pm on Friday 14th October. The following week we'll run elections amongst the student body by email.

Get involved in representing students on the Union’s Council
SU members decide the SU's policies, priorities and campaigns through a council of students.

On it there are representatives from each School to represent their course mates (3 undergraduates, 1 postgraduate and 1 student rep from the SSLC), and reps from Sports Clubs, Societies and other groups.

Nominations are now open to become a Union Council representative for your school! You get full training and it’s a great chance to make a difference.
